Petition Allow everyone over 55 flexibility to manage their private pension

The Pension Schemes Act 2015 allowed individuals from the age of 55 to be able to access their pension flexibility if they wish, but not if you had already accessed your pension prior to the new Act coming into force. I want this Government to give us the same rights to manage our pension as we wish
