Can we trust the BBC? Is it impartial? Does it have a political agenda? How does it spend the billions of pounds it receives in tax payers money? Why does the BBC exist?

It is an unaccountable tax payer funded organisation. Admittedly it makes some good programs, but give anyone a couple of billion pounds and its likely they'll make a good program. What is the BBC's overseas policy? WHO actually does the BBC answer to?
