It would eliminate “black markets” and allow easier monetary policy.
Underground economy in the UK is worth +/- £150bn a year.
It could easily solve problems with the NHS, social housing, investment in research, education etc.

It would help to “wipe off “ undeclared work and organised crime income.
Cash transactions are less popular each year.
