Petition Make it illegal to spit in the street/road. You should be fined if you do so.

So I have seen a lot of people spit in public on the road or pavement. It is honestly disgusting. They should be fined. Countless times I've seen this, especially in the Hayes area. You should be fined if you are caught by doing this. This rule should everywhere.
