Petition Driving licence: Introduce mandatory re-training/re-examination every 5-10y

Driving tech, laws, training & examination changes/improves, as such, we should introduce mandatory re-skilling/examination to ensure all drivers are up to par also allowing removal of drivers from the road whom would not meet modern driving skill/knowlege requirements to make our roads safer.

We live in an age where someone could have passed their test 50 years ago, and not have any of the modern driving skills or knowledge that is imparted onto modern drivers, all drivers should have to be kept "up to skill" to ensure they are safe road users.
