Petition Zero Rate all School Uniform for VAT regardless of size.

Children’s clothing is zero rated for VAT depending on size. But, larger school uniform is zero rated for children under 14 if it is unique to a school. No child can leave school before age 16, so this is unfair. All customized school uniform, should be zero-rated, regardless of age.
