Closed Make Cyclists have a Bell or some Warning device fitted.

Due to the amount of Cyclists killing or Injuring people on Foot it makes sense to be able to Warn others. A new Bike is required to have a Bell when Purchased but then you can remove it, on the Highways and Public open spaces like Hills and Commons it Must be Law

A number of Cyclists these days take and do dangerous practices as seen, like going through Red lights or going around them on the Path, Riding on the Footpaths, plus a number more.

Let’s start with the Warning Device.
