Rejected petition Bring back Hanging for Murder, Terrorism, Paedophilia.

Instead of the punitive sentences now being handed out by our Courts. I am convinced a Peoples Referendum would give an overwhelming vote for this. The establishment doesn't like referendums as we can all see from the Brexit vote because it is the people making the decisions not the Politicians.
