Over the past year, Wiltshire emergency services had over 1,000 hoax calls, and because they have a duty of care, they have to go to every call, so whilst there attending the hoax calls, there's hundreds of people that need an ambulance

I believe, making sure every hoax call is investigated properly, there there should be a £200 fine or a prison sentence, and if it's a child doing it, then the parents should pay it, or the child do some kind of community service,
