Petition Make Legal Provision for Northwest Regions of the UK to hold a Legal Referendum.

The referendum will give all citizens in the North a chance to vote on uniting UK Northern Regions to form an autonomous independent country breaking away from the South & the UK Government with Manchester as a Northern Capital with an elected Minister best placed to serve the citizens of N/England.

Northern citizens suffer from lower life expectancy, lack of investment in areas such as education, health, skilled training and quality employment opportunities. Lack of political influence in London/South effects the Norths capability for economic growth. The neglect in these areas is at such an extent that the North & South could be viewed as separate countries already.
