Petition Re-numerate the UK tax payers directly, as they bailed out the banks

Due to the UK population (including the unborn)bailing out failing banks in 2008. It is surely about time either cash, shares or credits of some sort were given back. Any more rounds of QE should go directly to those who work, thus providing a stimulated economy. Instead of banks shoring up their deposits and investing in commodities, which later stimulate inflation.
