The government want's entrepreneurs to help restart the economy. How is this possible when non of the high street banks will lend money. They are all making a profit from our bailout. Why can't the government force them to start lending to small businesses or individuals. so that we can get back to work and pay our ever increasing bills.
The government needs to legislate for the people and not these institutions.
