Although American Football is not common in the U.K. Just yet, it is growing into interest to many people. However many people are restricted from playing it as there are very few clubs and no schools I know of includes American Football in there education.

There are many benefits of playing American Football. The best thing about American Football is that anyone and everyone can play it as size doesn't matter. In fact being slightly overweight or being skinny can actually benefit to many people's attention. Many people think that American Football is a very rough sport but this is not true. You have contact American Football and you have Flag American Football meaning that if you play the flagged version there will be no contact meaning no harm
