The government to ensure that no household has to pay any more than the cost of a basic DigiBox to upgrade to Digital T.V. The population as a whole did not ask for this and in fact have paid for it via taxes, licence fees, digital equipment and grants. We should not now have to pay exhorbitant charges as being levied by the Aerial companies to replace existing installations or realign aerials because of the lack of signal etc.
