Petition Stop hospitals from charging blue badge holders parking in hospitals

As if people with disabilities don't have enough to worry about without some hospitals now charging them to park. People on disability are an easy target and often have to visit hospitals frequently through no fault of their own and to start charging them to park is a disgrace.

We need to put an end to this and support the disabled not punish them for their disability. This can only be seen as greed and it needs to be sorted out now.
