The CSA/ CMEC are responsible for creating financial hardship and poverty to the NRP and NRPP and their children. They take so much money with no regard to other financial responsibilities. They also take some of the child tax credit from the NRP and their family. The CSA/ CMEC are creating poverty they rob Peter to pay Paul. Fairer and sensible, reasonable affordable, child maintenance payments must be negotiated with the NRP. A fairer system must be installed and prevention of the PWC using the CSA/ CMEC as a tool of vindiction.
