As a green commuter from Milton Keynes Coachway to London and back daily since 21 July 1997, I have held a very large mirror at the National Express Chairman & MDs on innumerable issues improving public services.

At least since 13 Jan 2011 I have been in consistent communication with NX Chief Officers about the obNoXious conditions in their coaches, especially due to retchingly contaminated on-board toilets and environment, seriously compromising public health and safety. These toilets have also lacked usables like toilet paper, soap, water and hand drier.

I have also sent evidence to Sec for State of Transport, & Health, Chief Execs HSE, VOSA, Health Protection Agency, Env Health Officers Brent, Camden & Westminster Council & others along the way being passed from pillar to post. But to no avail.

Hence this e-petition as there is not a single regulatory body that monitors such coaches that carry public.
