Rejected petition Make paying child maintenance a legal requirement!

My mother is a single mum of 5 and has never received a sum of money on a regular basis from our biological father! I am petitioning for this topic because there are too many mothers and father who don't or completely refuse to pay child maintenance for there child/ren! This money is for your KIDS!
