Rejected petition Ban Alcohol in the Palace of Westminister

In the 1970’s many public organisations had subsidised bars or members clubs for their workers. In industries such as the Railway and Mining these were closed in the last century. Yet, in Parliament it still persists. This is an outdated practice & parliament like everyone else should modernise.
