Petition Put Dropped Kerbs REQUIRED in Law into the Highways Acts, At this time it is Not

A number today just do their own thing on the Highways causing Areas to look Run Down, All Properties that want a Drive ‘Must Have A Dropped Kerb’ and a Tarmac Area to their Boundary, this would keep things in Order and Controlled, some put items in the gutter to get over it, Dangerous to Cyclists.

Some Property Owners Churn Up the Grass Verges causing issues with Mud Displacement onto Footpaths which the Council has to Clean Up st Cost, if it was Law to have a Dropped Kerb none of these issues would arise, believe anyone doing so can Get Blocked in as there is No drive in Law, if Written into the Highways Acts would clean up the Highways in General, also stop these putting things into the gutters to get over the Kerbs and keep them free from any Obstruction.

Should be common sense.
