Rejected petition Make it ‘Law’where Parents are Fully Responsible for their Children 10 and Under

At this time there is little or No control on these which is wrong, in the West Mercia area in just Four years Crimes committed by under 10’s have gone from 34 to now 330, some serious, Parents Must be Held Responsible as they should know where they are at All times, many Parents are not Bothered.

As the Police/Schools and the Public say Many have No Respect instilled into them, they Cheek and Cause Issues, they Kick Adults at Schools, the Police say the same we see it on the Highways in Places, it would be a good idea to teach Respect at Schools to Adults the Police and be more Polite, the Schools I went to did and it would never enter any of us to Not be Polite and Respect the Elderly, some today would beat them up very wrong, the Police can not do much with these and should not Parent
