Rejected petition Bring Back National Service or Equivalent

Bring back some form of National service, not necessarily full military but a training and enterprise initiative geared at bringing out the BEST of British Youth between 17/25 years of age.

I would like this discussed in Parliament since in my mind an iniative like this would help to train younsters, give them respect and self esteem and - look very good on a fure CV
