Rejected petition There should be a law in which if you run over a cat you have to stop and help!

There are way to family members being cats who are left to suffer by the roadside after being knocked down, cats have feelings to just like dogs and humans and there should be a law in which they have to stop to help the cat like they would a dog or human and not just leave it to suffer and die.
