This petition is to protect small businesses from Energy companies underhand tactics and unfair price hikes used in roll over contracts.

We want to
Make energy companies more transparent.
Make energy companies print your contract renewal date on all bills along with your renewal window for opting out of your contract.
Make Energy companies send letters about contract renewal by Registered post to provide proof of posting and delivery.
Make it law that a renewal letter HAS to have been signed for the contract to go ahead not the other way around,.
Make contracts easier to leave and of no more than a 1 year term.
