Rejected petition Stop the sale of fireworks to the public.

Ban the sale of fireworks to the public just this week alone in my area 2 different families have had fireworks stuck through the letterbox. Fireworks are a weapon in the wrong hands and have not only been used to torment and hurt people but animals too.
