Rejected petition I want to change and raise the national wage per hour 17 year old

I am currently 17 and working in retail and the company who i work for pay me £4.05 per hour and get my pay slip every month. However, i am doing the same amount of hours and the same job as a normal 25 year old and only getting an in between £200-£400 per month and they are getting £1000 per month
