Closed Create a new minimum wage called the Qualified minimum wage.

When a person is trained or qualified to do a job, they should automatically qualify for the qualified minimum wage (in line with the age group) which is a higher rate to recognise the skill.

I understand that at the moment there is no national recognised wage for a qualified person. Therefore there is no incentive to invest in training or learning a trade.
Weather you are a nurse, plumber, driver, dental nurse or brick layer. Skills should be recognised.
