Work related stress is the most reported injury between workers. I would love to see all absence for work related stress reported to the HSE under the Reporting of Injuries,Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulation 2013. Make stress an occupational disease, make stress RIDDOR 2013 reportable

12.5 million working days lost due to work - related stress, depression or anxiety in 2016/17 sourced information from HSE....so much productivity lost
