I would like to see a revision of Employment Agencies Working Practices specifically to include the following issues.

Registered candidates looking for work treated with far more discretion and respect,and provided with a high standard of service in return for all the work they put into their job hunt.

Complete honesty concerning any job applications made on a candidates behalf,and if not put forward specific reasons why provided.

Agreed timescales adhered to regarding interview feedback and job decisions information, and specific feedback provided to assist candidates.

A complete stop to ghost jobs being advertised in multiple locations,with the same specific job information which simply dont exist.
