Rejected petition Ban the use of prong/pinch collars, shock and choke chains in dogs.

These collars and chains can cause considerable injury to the bones, nerves and blood supply in the neck. The thyroid gland can also be permanently damaged. Dogs have become paralysed or killed by the use of these, and have suffered severe pain for the rest of their lives.
