Rejected petition Reverse the decision to exclude animal sentience from the EU withdrawal bill

The government claims this clause is covered by the Animal Welfare Act 2006. RSPCA say that only covers domestic animals and it doesn't cover sentience at all.

It could only have been voted out to allow animal welfare standards to be lowered for profit at the expense of the suffering of animals.
