All parties involved in any suspected criminal offences should not be identified, until after a determination of innocence or guilt has been established in a court of law.
Too many times the media have reported details of a suspects which have effectively destroyed their standing in the community in which they live.
this is most notable with high profile cases especially sex offences involving children, Rape & Murder.
