Rejected petition Stamp duty refund for first time buyers who completed before 22nd November 2017

As a first time buyer in London, it’s a struggle to save the deposit and associated costs in purchasing a property. After many years of saving I completed 10th November 2017. I feel let down by the chancellor that me and others like me won’t benefit from the new stamp duty relief. We demand a REFUND
