Rejected petition A refund to first time buyers who paid the SDLT in 2017 before it was abolished

A refund of the Stamp Duty Land Tax should be issued to all First Time Buyers that have recently completed their purchase of a property within the last 6 months of the abolishment. There was no mention whatsoever of the abolishment in the last budget.
