Rejected petition Repeal the government decision to exclude animal sentience!

So, WM has decided that animals do not have sentience.
Who advised them or who they consulted in order to make this decision?

Working as a Vet I guarantee animals have sentience. They are self aware, respond to emotions, feel physical & psychological pain.
