Rejected petition The Repeal Bill should only affect the laws expressly required to leave the EU

The vote to remove the recognition of animal sentience and their ability to feel pain from UK law, shows that the government is using the EU (Withdrawal) Bill to sneak through changes to laws and fundamental rights, not required by Brexit, without full public scrutiny.

This should not happen.
