Rejected petition Mandatory minimum 5 years prison sentences for sexual communication with a child

The poor sentences being given is far from a deterant. Children who suffer this abuse suffer for the rest of their lives and many of the convicted people simply have to sign a register. There needs to be a serious deterent and we ask you consider a mandatory Minimum 5 years prison sentence.
