Petition The breeding of puppies and kittens for profit by unlicensed breeders be banned.

Kelly's Kat Rescue has taken in over 150 cats and kittens in their small town and the surrounding areas since March all needing vet treatment and some in a life threatening condition. We need to prevent this from happening so we are calling for a licence to breed kittens and puppies.
