Rejected petition Manchester to be payed the full £17million that was raised.

Theresa May is refusing the pay the full £17 million pounds which was raised for the families and the victims of the Manchester Arena attack on the 22nd of May 2017. We all should stand together and help get the full £17 million which is owed.
