Rejected petition Real democracy and people power via E-petitions

Following the use of the three line whip to prevent real democracy on the issue of a referendum on EU membership that was initiated by an E-petition I propose that from now on any E-petition that gets one million signatures must result in a national referendum to decide the point of that petition and that the government must accept the result of any such referendum regardless of government policy thus making e-petitions a route to true democracy for the people.
