Rejected petition Remove GP at Hand (Babylon) as a NHS provider.

GP at Hand is a service endorsed by the NHS that allows a person to de-register with their GP and register as a patient with GP at Hand. Unfortunately, Babylon who provide GP at Hand are cutting corners. They are de-registering patients from their current GP without consent & without notifying them.
