Closed Make it illegal for drivers to hit and run when hitting a domestic animal

This point needs to be put into action because domesticated animals being killed with no justice is no option and should be a criminal offence. When an animal companion is removed it leaves people feeling very alone and broken, looking for justice that currently can’t be served - personal experience
