Rejected petition spend overseas aid money on British made tools and eqipment to send overseas

We spend far too much wasted money on overseas aid, I propose to start a new industry sector in Britain to make tools and equipment to send to third world countries instead of cash money, this would stop money being wasted on corruption and help these countries to help themselves rather than relying on other countries, this would also create many thousands of jobs in this country which we greatly need.
