Rejected petition Ban drunks on trains

Hi All
Dont you just hate it when your on the trian and you got to reach a connection train so you get on the train then some drunks get on it and end up being idiots so holding your train up then when you get to the other station to get your other train your to late and its left now what I would like to be seen done is more power given to the train conductors to say you have had to much to drink your not getting on this train therefore if the people on that train have to be at the other station theres no one holding the train up and makes the train safer to travel in they do it for airplanes if your drunk they wont let you on the plane end off why cant we do the same for trains
