Rejected petition NATO to protect civilians in Syria

In Libya innocent civilians being massicured by their government forces were protected. In syria innocent and peceful citizens are not being protected atall. NATO should enforce a no fly zone above Syria and protect civilians trying to exersice their basic human rights.
