The BBC as presently constituted no longer properly represents the devolved nations of the UK and England, and the aspirations and identities of the people. We petition that it be split into into separate legal, financed and managed entities, one for each of NI, Wales, Scotland and England, which are to be treated as unities, and to the representatives of which they will be accountable.
