Petition Require all MLM schemes to publish & display annual income disclosures.

99.7% of people who pay to join a multi-level marketing scheme lose money. Not all MLM schemes provide an income disclosure statement that includes ALL participants who've joined. This needs to be a requirement so people can make an informed decision before paying to join.
