In uk government must stop 0 hours contract .it has badly affected labour class. Businessmen are getting more richer day by day but labour class is getting poorest .Discrimination , racism, favouritism at work place is common .bosses, managers and supervisors will offer max hours to there friends.

No security for labour class. If 1 month we earned £1000,next month its down to £400. How we labour class are suppose to pay our mortgages and many other household expenses in 0 hour contract jobs. Its increasing crime ,depression in labour class. People are subjected to take benefits only because of 0 hours contracts , uncertainty of there monthly income. Please for the full time employers change contracts to 40 hours minimum. Thanks
