Petition To make it law that all public places to have a defibrillator on site

On the 23rd a December I was at a non league football match, a spectator suffered a cardiac arrest. The club had a defibrillator on site and that saved the mans life.

I was going make the petition about non league football grounds having a defibrillator, I have decided to make it all public places. For example every supermarket , football ground and shopping centre must have a defibrillator.
