This petition is to allow the enforcement of mandatory community service for all who continue to drop litter.
If convicted of the offence the guilty party will be made to clean local parks and streets of litter at the weekend.
Rather than a fine this judgement will mean that people start to take responsibility for their actions and see the damage they cause to local services.
